Amazing location - everything is around and nearby. All the restaurants and shops just around the corner. Extremely nice staff, who will advise where to go. Cosy small spa with 2 decent saunas, jacuzzi and a pool.

The location couldn't be better, whether you're sightseeing within the old town, or going further afield - buses and the train station are very close by. We had included breakfast which was great with a good choice each day. We also ate our evening meal in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. We had included daily access to the spa and this was a great decision, we took full advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

Very nice location - right in the middle of busy oldtown street, can reach most of the attracions within a few minutes walk. Hotel itself was nice and comfortable, room was very spacious, all the needed amenities were included. We enjoyed the spa, although I recommend booking your visit as far in advance as possible as the entrance to spa facilities is limited and gets fully booked pretty fast. Breakfast was delightful as well, plenty of great options, including fruit and veggies.

Every aspect of my stay was of the highest standard. Special thanks to the wonderful staff in the SPA area – this place is a true oasis of relaxation! The treatments were professional, and the atmosphere in the wellness zone allowed me to completely unwind and forget about everyday worries. I felt exceptionally well taken care of, and the hotel’s ambiance made it possible for me to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The location also turned out to be perfect. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful time that will stay in my memory for a long time.

The breakfast is top, number one in all my trips. So, containing a lot of options, hot food, delicious (tomatoes was super tasty), good service, long slot for it, in the restaurant environment with the view to one of the central street decorated for Christmas. The breakfast place itself has a Christmas tree. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to sleep there all day, it has very good energy. The room has a lot of facilities (e. g. iron, teapot). The hotel allowed early check-in without a fee. After check-out it was possible to leave the luggage for four hours. The receptionists were very polite, efficient and helpful (no lines like in five stars hotels). The location is very central and near the bus station as well the main train station. The big shopping mall is only 20 meters away. To sum up, this is an example how the hotels should look, cost and serve the clients. Definitely, I'll come back if they do not rise the prices.

Receptionist ladies Aleksandra and Nikola were amazing - very friendly customer service. We had the smoothest experience checking in and it was also possible for us to store our luggage both before checking in and after - we are very grateful for this as it made our sightseeing experience so much more enjoyable. Breakfast selection was great and they even had sparkling wine on offer. The location is superb, too.

Great stay in the old town! The hotel was an easy walk from the train station and accessible via share rides. The hotel was prominent and located within a 10 minute walk of all activities to do in the old town/city. Rooms were clean and a good size with the beds comfortable, however we could hear others moving about the hotel or in other rooms at times. The breakfast was decent and a nice inclusion. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

good connected to train and coach station, located directly in old town of Riga, Bolt-driver can pick you up directly in front, massive selection of restaurants around, very kind and professionell personell, room bigger than expected, possibility to prepare a coffee or tea at the room, good and reasonable priced mini-bar, possibility to iron your clothes at the room, in total good for a business stay, not that loud although than expected (I was there on a weekend), Prosecco at the breakfast ;-), spa was good, nice pool and sauna

Room was tidy and spacious with nice bathroom including own tub itself. The room's aesthetics really appealed to me. The wardrobe was a pleasant surprise, stocked with handy accessories like a bathrobe, slippers, shoe bags, and cleaning supplies. Wish I had time for the spa, but I'm pretty sure I would've loved it. Being right in the Old Town gives accessibility to all landmarks and excellent proximity to the bus/tram stops. It's super convenient to catch a bus or tram. It only took me 25 minutes on the bus from RIX airport, and then just 3-5 minutes by foot to the hotel. Particularly handy for the early morning return trip to the airport if you rely on a bus transportation. Around the hotel, there's a shopping mall and lots of places to grab some food and drinks. Crew is nice and hospitable, all the time available. Breakfast was good and a nice selection served, including sparkling wine glasses. Yet I was expecting a bit more personalized cuisine inherit for Latvia. To note, I'm so thankful that they offered a takeaway breakfast option when I had to leave at 5 am, it was a good and delicious set for kicking off the day!
